Overall the stay at the Sofitel Fiji was lovely. Everywhere you look is beautiful and all the staff are so lovely, always greeting you with a smile and Bula. Merewai with housekeeping was so attentive and sweet! Little touches to our room made our stay even nicer. Rachel at Waitui Bar & Grill was great. The food was delicious at all places at the Sofitel! Va at the spa was incredible! Would highly recommend treating yourself to a massage and spa treatments while staying at the Sofitel.

Such a beautiful resort. We stayed in Waitui plus rooms and had the best experience. Service was excellent, staff were so friendly. Laundry came part of our package - Galo, thank you for taking such great care with our clothes. And for being such a lovely, kind lady. Mini bar service was also so good! The option to trade in your drinks for what you preferred is a top idea. Waitui beach club staff were so friendly and accommodating. Loved our Pina Coladas by the pool and beef sliders. Canapes and cocktail hour was plentiful and delicious. Spa was divine. Thank you to Sarah for my wonderful treatments. Journal club high Tea was so delicious! Next time we will bring the kids...maybe! :)

Laundry service was on point. Reshma was a star and did our laundry every day of our stay! It's such a nice feeling when you head away from home and someone does something for you. Clothes are clean, dry and folded and it happens in under 4 hours. Thanks so much Reshma.

We loved our 5 nights at the Sofitel staying in the adults only part and having access to the Waitui Beach Club was a highlight. All the staff are amazing and remember your name and your drinks. Shout out to Efeli, Bai, Annie and Vau you made our stay just so much more special. Love our breakfast each morning at the Waitui Bar and Grill. Then lounging around the pool reading and swimming when it got a little too hot. Then canapés and refreshments from 11am to 3pm. I had the high tea one afternoon in the Journal lounge which was delicious. Then most afternoons canapés and cocktails there and then back to Waitui Beach club for canapés and cocktails. Will definitely be back. I was so sad to leave that I couldn’t say goodbye because I knew I would end up a crying mess. Vinaka.

Great service and care all-round. Travelled with large family Grandparents down to babies- 1 x family room, 1 King with adjoining twin. 1 sick 1 year old spewed all over the bed at 11pm - housekeeping was in and out of the room within 10 min full bedding change. Buffet is great. Mimosas at breakfast when travelling with small children is mandatory. Too many good staff to name but my Mum raved how helpful and professional Leqe from housekeeping. Value tip if not travelling alone - get the Accor plus membership - one person dines for free which pays for itself over a few meals.
